At Integrated Therapy Services, we believe the human body is designed to function as a connected, interdependent system—not as isolated parts. True healing and optimal wellness happen when all systems of the body are working together effectively. That’s why every treatment plan we create is carefully designed to address the full picture of each patient’s condition. By looking beyond surface-level symptoms and identifying the root cause of dysfunction, we help patients achieve meaningful, long-lasting results rather than temporary relief.

Our approach integrates care across the musculoskeletal, neurological, vascular, and vestibular systems to ensure nothing is overlooked. Through a combination of hands-on treatment, guided exercise, and patient education, we empower individuals to better understand their condition and actively participate in their recovery. This comprehensive method allows us to restore proper movement, improve function, and reduce the likelihood of recurring issues—helping patients return to their daily lives with confidence.

Integrated Therapy Services is committed to delivering exceptional, patient-centered care to the Poplar Bluff community and beyond. We prioritize evidence-based, efficient, and cost-effective treatment strategies that are tailored to each individual’s goals and needs. By combining clinical expertise with a personalized approach, our team strives to provide superior outcomes and a higher standard of care for every patient we serve.

Lauren Barker

Hi Everyone! I’m Lauren, and I’m so excited to be serving the Poplar Bluff community as a physical therapist. As a Poplar Bluff native, it means a lot to be able to give back to the place that raised me. I received my Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from Murray State University in 2023 and my Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Baylor University in 2025. I love helping people build confidence with movement, decrease pain and return to their daily activities. I also have a special interest in pediatrics and am excited about the opportunity to serve children in our community. When Im not in the clinic, you’ll likely find me walking with my husband and our two dogs, reading, quilting, or cooking for family and friends.
