Please arrive 10 to 15 minutes prior to your first appointment as there will be new patient paperwork(the doctor does not share). You will be evaluated by one of our therapist and a treatment plan developed to address your specific needs and return to your desired functional level. We will do our best to address your pain levels, improve your function and increase your understanding of the problems you are having. Then provide you with a home program to take from the clinic to ensure continued success.
Wear comfortable clothes that allow freedom of movement and the therapist access to the body part being treated ( It is difficult to access a knee through tight fitting blue jeans, shorts are preferred). We understand that many are coming from work or school and we have private treatment rooms to allow for changing once you arrive at the clinic.
In Missouri we are allowed to evaluate without prescription and most Insurance companies will allow up to 10 visits or 30 days of treatment prior to consultation with a referring provider. Unfortunately Medicare and Missouri Medicaid continue to require a referral for PT. If you do not have a provider Integrated can assist in finding a provider, or if you are established help to get a referral for services.
We accept most all major insurance providers, Insurance companies often fail to keep their sites and list up to date and we have run across several that we are in-network with that do no show our facility. If you will contact our office we will be more than happy to verify benefits explore the cost for you to attend therapy with us.
This is dependent on your insurance plan, deductible, co-pay and several other variables, by contacting our office we can look into your plan and get an estimate of out of pocket cost. We do offer cash payment options that are due at time of service as well as payment plans that can be discussed by contacting our office.
